This clearly is not the case: there are many people inolved in the vacation home industry at all levels whose motives are purely financial--resulting in heartache and often financial ruin for owners.

Regular updates regarding your subdivision from a volunteer fellow owner

Area volunteers will be asked to report on a regular basis any news or general information regarding your sub division; you can contribute by sending factual information to the coordinator to be included in the newspage.

A contactors and suppliers "Recommended Directory"

You will be able to recommend a contractor or service supplier; owners help each other by recommending quality contractors and vote on contractor reliability and craftsmanship.
