First of all, we provide quality assurance. Vacation home owners can sign up for our Verification Service. We inspect each home in our subscription to make sure that they meet high standards. This helps home owners know if the companies they hire to maintain their properties are doing their jobs well.

We provide a snippet of code that any owner can place into their own web pages. This code displays a logo and link to the properties standards page on our site, with details on the villa's qualifications.

Forums

The other prominent feature of our site is our forums. Unlike other forum sites, ours is custom tailored for the vacation home industry. Home owners can come here to share advice and tips on taking care of homes, finding trustworthy resources, and ask questions.
