Property Verification
The verification system is designed to give peace of mind to both the customer and the owner.
Example page the customer will see.when your home is verified.

When you sign up you will be asked to add your villa to the system and will have a form to complete that will include details such as your hotels licence number,your home insurance companies name and policy number (none of these details will be on display at any time)
When you have completed the form and made payment (payment details below)
We then send our own inspectors to your home (by appointment) to verify the criteria that we have suggested a vacation home rentor should expect. See Our verification Standards Checklist.
Each element has a weighted number next to it,the inspection will be based purely on this criteria,not how modern your home is or how large the television is or whether you have a games room we are inspecting to maintain a minimum,comfortable standard that Vacationers should be able to expect from a vacation rental home.
No Fancy star rating This allows an inspector to enforce their opinion on others,this is not our task.
When you subscribe to our quality verification service, our site will automatically generate code for you to place into your website that will generate a logo that reflects the status of your villa.The logo is part of a program and cannot be copied by unscrupulous owners.
The code will generate a link that sends your visitors to a page that lists your villa's Photograph,web site and the date of the last inspection. If your home does not qualify for the verification it will be added to the data base showing a "pending reinspection logo" and you will be informed why it failed,you will then have the opportunity to remedy the problem and apply for a reinspection $(50),this must be applied for within 7 days of a failure notice to take advantage of the reduced rate otherwise a full inspection will be charged.
Verification fees
The cost for the verification inspection is based on home sizes.
2 or 3 Bedroom Homes $100 per 6 months
4 or 5 Bedroom $125 per 6 months
6 or 7 Bedroom Homes $150 per 6 months.
A standard reinspection fee of $50 will be levied for homes that initially fail the inspection and wish to have the failed items re inspected (this can only be actioned within 7 days of initial denial)
Failed homes will be e.mailed a check list of items that contributed to the failure.
