By signing up to this site, you agree to our terms and conditions. These are our terms and conditions:

1. Private Owner You must be a private owner of a villa to be a member of this association,you can own multiple homes.
   If you advertise or represent other homes not owned by you, you are required to declare that you have a business interest in Florida that is relevant to vacation rentals.
   
   
2. Resource Postings You are not entitled to post a question on the resource pages that is or can be construed as advertising.
   If it is reported by a fellow member that a reply received was purely for advertising or soliciting purposes,the sender of the reply will be it will be considered to be a breach of our terms and conditions.
   
   
3. Sub Division Volunteers or moderators
   Are not entitled to use their position for advertising or solicitation.
   Their decision on matters relating to this association are final.
   
   
4. Contractors or Service providers.that have been recommended or have paid for inclusion in our directory can be removed from the directory without notice,should a serious breech of ethics or our terms and conditions be reported and confirmed in this event no refund of fees paid will be due.
   
   
   We reserve the right to cancel any membership for breaching the terms of this agreement. We also reserve the right to cancel an membership at our sole discretion even when no terms have been broken, though we agree to give a 30-day notice of such.
